This year the Agrarian South Network celebrates its 20th anniversary!
The network is pleased to invite you to their anniversary celebration, which will take place on 30 November, in virtual mode. The guest of honour will be Prof. Atilio Boron, who will speak on the theme: « The International System: End of an Era?« .
Prof. Boron is an eminent scholar who has been a great inspiration to generations of intellectuals in Latin America and beyond. In the 2000s, as President of CLACSO, Prof. Boron was a pillar of South-South research collaboration with CODESRIA and other organizations. He worked closely with Prof. Sam Moyo on these initiatives, which eventually also spawned the Agrarian South Network.
Prof. Boron will be joined by professors Praveen Jha and Lyn Ossome as discussants, and Paris Yeros as moderator.
