Appel à chercheurs 2013-2014 de la BNF

Comme chaque année depuis 2003, la Bibliothèque nationale de France souhaite s’associer le concours de jeunes chercheurs pour l’année universitaire 2013-2014 en lançant un appel à chercheurs.

L’essentiel de l’appel à chercheurs :
* L’appel à chercheurs de la BnF s’adresse aux masterants et doctorants français et étrangers, ayant un diplôme en projet / en
cours, dans toutes les disciplines, et inscrits dans un établissement français de recherche.
* L’appel à chercheurs propose, pour guider les candidats, des travaux sur les collections de la BNF ou les moyens de les valoriser, en
lien avec une recherche universitaire. Toutefois,  la recherche étant encyclopédique à la BnF, d’autres sujets (en dehors de la
liste proposée dans le dossier) peuvent être présentés par les chercheurs répondant à l’appel.
* La date limite de candidature est fixée au : 31 mars 2013
* La sélection des candidats est effectuée en collaboration avec le Conseil scientifique de la Bibliothèque nationale de France.

Statuts proposés :
* Chercheurs associé et Musicien chercheur associé
* Chercheurs invités BnF – Pasteur Vallery Radot : La BnF attribue chaque année un soutien financier de 10 000 euros à trois chercheurs
invités (sur un an, non renouvelable). L’un des chercheurs invités doit mener un projet de recherche sur l’histoire du livre et des
bibliothèques.
* Chercheur invité par un mécène : Fondation Louis Roederer (10 000 euros sur une année), Fondation L’Oréal (10 000 euros sur une
année), « Prix de la BnF », sur l’oeuvre de Milan Kundera, lauréat du prix en 2012 (8 000 euros sur une année).

IdA : Appel prix de thèse 2013

Le Prix de thèse de l´Institut des Amériques, qui consiste en une aide à la publication, sera décerné à une thèse en langue française en lettres ou en sciences humaines et sociales, soutenue dans un établissement membre de l´IdA durant l´année civile 2012 et portant sur les Amériques. Les thèses abordant conjointement l´Amérique du Nord et l´Amérique du Sud seront privilégiées.

Les dossiers, composés d´un exemplaire de la thèse, d´un résumé de celle-ci, du rapport de soutenance établi par le jury, d´un C.V et de la
fiche de renseignements que vous trouverez en pièce jointe devront être adressés avant le 1 mars 2013 à l´adresse suivante : gt-recherche@institutdesameriques.fr

Une copie papier des documents sera adressée dans les mêmes délais au Secrétariat général de l´Institut des Amériques, 175 rue du
Chevaleret, 8èmeétage, 75013 Paris.

Les thèses seront soumises pour évaluation aux experts du Groupe de travail Recherche, puis présentées devant le Bureau et le Conseil scientifique de l´Institut des Amériques. Les résultats seront communiqués à l´issue du Conseil scientifique, fin juin 2013.

Summer School 2013: The Politics and Economics of Aid
From 24 June – 5 July 2013, the University of Antwerp (BE), Universidad de Cantabria (ES), University of Birmingham (UK), Erasmus University Rotterdam (NL), University of Florence (IT) and the University of Olomouc (CZ) jointly organise the first Summer School on the Politics and Economics of Aid in Antwerp, in cooperation with EADI.
Application: Until 01/02/2013 for invited PhD students, Erasmus IP and 01/05/2013 for other participants. The summer school is an Erasmus Life Long Learning Intensive Programme.

Keynote speakers

Philippe Van Parijs studied philosophy, law, political economy, sociology and linguistics at the Facultés universitaires Saint Louis (Brussels) and the Universities of Louvain, Oxford, Bielefeld and California (Berkeley). He holds doctorates in the social sciences (Louvain, 1977) and in philosophy (Oxford, 1980).

Benoît Lévesque is an associate professor at Ecole nationale d’administration publique du Québec and emeritus professor at University of Quebec à Montreal. He was co-founder of Centre sur les innovations sociales (CRISES) and Alliance de recherche Universités/Communautés in social economy (ARUC-ÉS), organizations that he led until 2003. From 2002 until 2010, he chaired the International Scientific Council of CIRIEC International. Throughout his career, he led and published researches numerous publications on economic sociology, the Quebec model of development, the social economy, social transformations, governance and the regional
and local development.

Prix d’Histoire Sociale Fondation Mattei Dogan Fondation Maison des Sciences de l’Homme

Prix attribué à une thèse de doctorat de haut niveau traitant d’un sujet d’histoire sociale, dans le sens le plus large du terme, du XIXe au XXIe siècle, et portant sur la France ou l’étranger.

Modalités d’attribution
Le prix récompense une thèse de doctorat soutenue dans un établissement d’enseignement supérieur français (seul ou en cotutelle) durant les deux années précédant l’année d’attribution. Pour l’édition 2011, la thèse devra avoir été soutenue entre le 1er janvier 2011 et le 31 décembre 2012.

Le montant du prix est de 2000 euros.
