La Revue Tiers Monde a le plaisir de lancer un appel à contributions intitulé « Aspirations démocratiques et ‘démocraties autoritaires’ en Afrique centrale » dans la perspective de réaliser un dossier thématique coordonné par Emmanuel Ntakarutimana (frère dominicain, ex-président de la commission nationale indépendante des droits de l’homme du Burundi) et Scott Straus (professeur de science politique et d’études internationales à l’université du Wisconsin).

The journak Revue Tiers Monde is glad to release this call for papers entitled: « Democratic Aspirations and ‘Authoritarian Democracies’ in Central Africa » with the aim of publishing a special issue edited by Emmanuel Ntakarutimana (Dominican brother, former President of the Independent National Commission on Human Rights in Burundi) and Scott Straus (Professor of Political Science and International Studies, University of Wisconsin-Madison).
